4. The measurements were made with a Tacussel CD 810 instrument using a TD 100 (platinum) electrode from the same manufacturer.
5. -7 torr, with a liquid nitrogen-cooled knife in a Balzers 301 freeze-etching unit. The replication was done using unidirectional shadowing, at an angle of 35°, with a 1-1.5 nm platinum-carbon mean metal deposit. The replicas were washed with organic solvents and distilled water and were observed in a Phillips 301 electron microscope.
