23. The data sets contain data from 804 days of Ulysses measurements between 2 and 4 AU and 822 days outside 4 AU. Galileo spent 598 days between 2 and 4 AU and 632 days outside 4 AU before it arrived at Jupiter. To compare the 2- to 4-AU and >4-AU mass histograms, we scale the 2- to 4-AU histogram of the Ulysses data by 822/804 and the 2- to 4-AU histogram of the Galileo data by 632/598.
