10. Due to residual convectional flows in the sample of the order of ≈ 0.01 μm/s, which lead to a collective motion of all particles, the measurements of the diffusion constants are limited in time.
11. We also studied a different way of treating the boundary conditions, where we took into account only the replicas in the plane of motion for the calculations of the hydrodynamic forces. By using this method, however, the results from the simulations deviate significantly from the experimental ones.
