The np → pn data and fits are from the "Virginia Tech partial-wave analyses online" (http://said.phys.vt.edu/said-branch.html), VPI Nucleon-Nucleon; the fits are the solution of the "SM97-2.5 GeV" program, while the data have been selected in the database asking for incoming proton energy ranges of 130 to 152 MeV, 194 to 220 MeV, and 475 to 500 MeV.
