The work of Refs. 1213 was based on the KH80 solution of Ref. 1. The improvements to the (Formula presented) amplitude are based on replacing the KH80 solution below 1500 MeV in the (Formula presented) partial wave with the SM95 solution from Ref. 3. For details see Ref. 5.
