15. SEC analyses of reaction samples were performed by dilution in THF (2 mg/mL) and then injection onto a Hewlett-Packard 1100 HPLC (column: PL 300 × 7.5 mm, 5 μm particle size). Molecular weights are calculated relative to polystyrene standards.
