It is important to note that in reference [4] dipole diphasing processes are modeled by the same kind of operator as spontaneous emission and incoherent pumping, i.e. operator of type Â, while in our procedure the operator associated to dipole dephasing processes, i.e. operator B̂, is quite different from that used for modeling spontaneous emission.
