Long-term effects ten years after maximal electrostimulation of the pelvic floor in women with unstable detrusor and urge incontinence
-
Bratt H, Salvesen KA, Eriksen BC, Kulseng-Hanssen S. Long-term effects ten years after maximal electrostimulation of the pelvic floor in women with unstable detrusor and urge incontinence. Acta Obstet Gynecol Scand 1998; 77 (suppl 168):22-24. This is a report of long-term effects 9-13 years after maximal electro-stimulation of the pelvic floor in 27 women with unstable detrusor and urge incontinence. The authors reported that 60% of their patients were satisfied with maximal stimulation and that 78% of patients would have recommended maximal stimulation to a friend today.
