21. Bipolaron-bipolaron and bipolaron-polaron interaction is a long-range Coulomb repulsion in the case of dispersionless phonons [10].

23. Both localized and extended carriers contribute to the mid-infrared conductivity, which is incoherent. This incoherence is also seen in ARPES and tunnelling spectra [14]. Hence, any Drude-like fit to the optical conductivity is misleading and cannot provide a true temperature dependence of the carrier density.
