    • Regulation of actin dynamics through phosphorylation of cofilin by LIM-kinase
    • ••], suggests a role for this relatively newly found kinase in the Rac-induced reorganisation of the actin cytoskeleton. Overexpression of LIM kinase 1 causes an accumulation of filamentous actin in cells by phosphorylation and inhibition of cofilin.
