The (R)-1,1'-binaphthyl-2.2'-phosphate complex 2e was obtained by single liquid-liquid extraction from a dichloromethane solution of 2b and an aqueous solution of sodium (R)-1,1'-binaphthyl-2,2'-phosphate.
