16. 11. A2780 and HL60 cancer cell lines were cultured in RPMI 1640 medium plus 10% fetal calf serum. Drug treatments were for 1 hr at 37°C, using exponentially growing cells. After drug treatment, cells were washed twice, resuspended in drug-free medium, cultured for 72 hr and then counted, to evaluate the percentage of survival in comparison to untreated cells.
