16. 2O (pH 7,24°C) with aTNN 1532 Hanau lamp as the light source during 2 min. The experiments were repeated 10 times to produce 1.4 mg of 10. For analytical HPLC a 20 μl an aliquot of the irradiated solution was injected onto a Nova-Pak C18 3,9 ×150 mm 4μ column. A 15 min, 1ml/min linear gradient of 0-12% acetonitrile in 0.05 M aqueous ammonium acetate followed by a 15 min plateau, photoproducts were detected using a photodiode array detector. For preparative HPLC, a Nova-Pak C18 25×100 mm 6μ column was used (detection λ= 230 nm).
