10. 2 (1mmol) and 4Å molecular sieves (250mg) in DCM (3ml) under argon was added the silylated acceptor (1mmol) in DCM (1ml). After 15 min, the fluoride (2mmol) in DCM (1ml) was added, and the reaction was allowed to stir at room temperature in dark until completion. The reaction mixture was diluted with DCM (30ml) and filtered through Celite. Standard aqueous work-up and silica gel column chromatography afforded the desired product.
