    • The assignment for signals h-k were done in consideration of the assignment for N-methyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-benzo[4,5]-imidazo[2,1-b]oxazinium trifluoromethanesulfonate, which was prepared by the reaction of 3,4-dihydro-2H-benzo[4,5]-imidazo[2,1-b]oxazine, a homologue of DBO having a [4.3.0] bicyclic ring system, with MeOTf as a stable compound.
