6. 2. It was also assayed in the PQ-37 assay, the NCI 60 cell line panel, the brine shrimp lethality assay, the mouse ear adema assay and for its ability to disrupt basic cellular processes. All assays gave negative results.
7. 5. We were unable to locate a laboratory that was performing the aminopeptidase B inhibition assay and, on the advice of Prof. Dale Boger, we have not attempted to perform the assays in house.
