12. Data analysis was performed using SPSS Standard Version, Release 6.1. Statistical significance was computed by z and chi-square tests. Satisfaction data used the total respective maternal-child health or family planning populations in the denominators rather than eliminating women who did not answer individual questions. For continuous variables, independent means were compared using a two tailed t-test.
