CuPyZs are perhaps mixtures of several structural isomers. However, this would not affect the CD sign significantly since Pc derivatives which have substituents at the carbons furthest from the Pc or PyZ core do not change their absorption spectra markedly (N. Kobayashi, N. Sasaki, Y. Higashi, and T. Osa, Inorg. Chem., 34, 1636 (1995)).
