20. 10. Radical-radical coupling may be difficult due to relatively low concentration of an alkyl radical and the methoxy carbonyl radical. Thus, the direct attak of an alkyl radical onto the methoxycarbonyl group followed by elimination of chlorocarbonyl radical would be also possible. We thank the referees for helpful suggestions.
