28. Nb. P/l = F/A(Δp) (9) In preliminary experiments, permeation measurements were carried out with a four-monolayer/PTMSP composite derived from 1a, at 50 °C. Here, the permeation cell was placed in a plastic bag and brief, a 40% decrease in permeation selectivity was noted along with a significant increase in the flux of each gas. This finding is fully consistent with greater permeation selectivity occurring in the solid-analogous phase.
