    • Precise determination of deuterium content is crucial for quantitative determination of chain dimensions. The small uncertainty in deuterium content (<3%) although does not compromise the main conclusions of this work (i.e., rigid rod like behavior of the PX chains), and semi-quantitative agreement of the theoretical predictions and the observed scattering data.
