    • "The average hydrogen bonding" means the total hydrogen bonding strength presents in this polymer blend that including the inter- and intra-hydrogen bonding contribution. From Figure 2, the PEO addition clearly increases the hydrogen bonding strength. It suggested that the average of hydrogen bonding of 30/70 phenolic/PEO is stronger than that of 20/80 blend.
