The long term results of six ABC in children treated with selective arterial embolization are reported. All cysts in this study were large and difficult to treat by surgery. All patients were reviewed with minimum of 10 year follow-up. All patients had avoided any surgery and nearly complete restoration of the originial shape of the bone had been achieved.
