    • Buxted Chicken Ltd in Suffolk, a company founded by Sir Antony Fisher (who established the IEA in 1955) and later sold by him, was the first commercial customer to switch its water supplier. Anglian Water is supplying Buxted by a dedicated pipeline connected to Anglian's mains. Other inset appointments are under consideration, as explained in OFWAT Press Releases 38/97 and 42/97 of 24 November and 19 December 1997 respectively. See also Jeremy Bryan's paper in this issue.
