    • The MALDI mass spectrophotometer used to obtain the mass spectra was a Voyager-RP (PerSeptive Biosystems, Framingham, MA). The accelerating voltage used was 20 kV. The measurement of mass spectra was performed in a linear mode. Matrices used in this experiment were 3,5 dimethoxy-4-hydroxycinnamic acid and α-cyano-4-hydroxy cinnnamic acid.
