MF reaction-diffusion equations yield estimates of P* = 0.456 (S), 0.444 (M) and 0.430 (E), for various treatments of diffusion. For this model, spatial correlations in the adlayer vanish for large h, so the MF treatment of reaction kinetics becomes valid.
