21. Even when the inequality given in equation (5) is met, we anticipate a three-phase region (centered about the Lifshitz composition) at sufficiently low temperatures [16]. A detailed understanding of how this three-phase region pinches off as the temperature is raised towards the mean-field Lifshitz point is presently not in hand.
