In an interview, the head of Greenpeace Slovakia noted that the limits of the Slovak branch are largely due to resource shortages and that there are other campaigns that the organization would like to pursue but at present cannot.
16. The Walk began in Belgium with 200 activists, mostly from Western Europe but also including "walkers" from East European countries such as Belarus and Ukraine.
