note
-
Recently Kravtsov and Yudson (cond-mat/9712149) pointed out that our analytic continuation in equation (46) misses an intrinsic non-equilibrium contribution. However, it can be shown that this contribution leads to a current that increases linearly in time. In this work we are only interested in the time-independent part of the current.
