A mixture of 1.2 mmol of 3 and 2.5 mmol of 4 in Tris buffer (10mM, pH = 7.4) was applied and eluted with the same buffer solution with stepwise increase in NaCl concentrations (20 mL each of 0,0.5, 2, and 4M).
