20. There was apprecialble variation in the times required to attain the roughened steady state, which could be as long as 12 hours. We believe that this is correlated with the film thickness [7] as well as with the annealing temperature, since, over the range of some 5 °C in the latter, the oligostyrene viscosity varied appreciably (of order twofold).
