    • The ITL decay can be simulated by the electron tunneling model with the assumption of only one kind of trap depth with no energetic distribution. Then, even if there are deeper trap sites, the trap depth is so deep that the trapped electrons cannot be transferred to the parent cations. In other words, photoejected electrons captured in deeper trap sites cannot recombine with the parent cations at a temperature as low as 20 K.
