    • Since Independence in 1960, Nigeria has had four constitutions. Section 10 and 11 and chapter 4, of the 1979, and 1995 constitutions of the Federal Republic of Nigeria have been included to take care of the diversities of the country. Yet, the problem lies not in the spirit of the constitutions but in their implemention.
