Vascular compressive abducens nerve palsy disclosed by magnetic resonance imaging
-
Ohtsuka K, Sone A, Igarashi Y, Akiba H, Sakata M: Vascular compressive abducens nerve palsy disclosed by magnetic resonance imaging. Am J Ophthalmol 1996, 122:416-419. Contrast-enhanced 3-dimensional MRI has been shown to be able to detect both cranial nerves and arteries. This MRI technique is suggested as a diagnostic tool for neurovascular compression in a patient with abducens nerve palsy.
