    • The Discover software from the Catalysis and Sorption Consortium (Molecular Simulations Inc., San Diego, California) provides an empirically-based approach for the energy minimization and molecular dynamics of the molecular compounds. Computer simulations of the solution behavior of the compounds with pyridine solvent molecules were performed with periodic boundary conditions.
