13. Following the initial report of this effect (in Ref. [3]) there was some controversy based on reports by Digiorgi et al. This has been resolved, however, by two groups reproducing the original data and conclusions of Ref. [3] including the work by Ohta et al. [4] and unpublished work from the group of D. van der Marel.
