2 (0.0034 g, 0.015 mmol), 2a (0.203 g 0.5 mmol), 3 (0.392 g, 2.00 mmol), and 1,4-dioxane (1.1 mL), and the mixture was kept stirring at ambient temperature for 15 min under nitrogen. To the resulting solution, 1 (0.073 g, 0.50 mmol) in 1,4-dioxane (0.9 mL) was added and the tube was sealed under reduced pressure. After the reaction at 80 °C for 3 h, the reaction mixture was precipitated with methanol and then with n-hexane. The precipitate was freeze-dried from benzene. 4a: yield 92% (0.300 g, 0.460 mmol).
