12. FK480 (CCK-A selective antagonist/Fujisawa) and YM022 (CCK-B selective antagonist/Yamanouchi) were examined concomitantly and solely in the casein-stimulated pancreas exocrine secretion and the results will be reported in detail by our biologists in the near future.
13. "Mixed" CCK-A/CCK-B antagonists were reported by Parke Davis chemists in the course of research into PD-134308 (CI-988), a potent and selective CCK-B receptor antagonist, by inversion of the configuration of the peptoid side chain, but the possible indications of mixed CCK-A/CCK-B antagonists were not alluded to at all.
