J Clin Oncol 1995, 13:1409-1416. This series reports results in 56 patients with locally advanced primary colorectal cancers treated with IOERT-containing regimens at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Favorable prognostic factors were identified for disease control and survival. A correlation was found between IOERT dose and the incidence and degree of peripheral neuropathy.
