14. Compounds were administered orally at the appropriate levels in water to male and female beagles weighing 8-16 kg every day at 8 am. Dogs were bled at the jugular vein at -20, 0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, 180, 240, and 480 min after dosing on all four days. The sera were analyzed for GH and IGF-1.
