J Neurol Neurosurg Psychiatry 1997, 62:478-484. 1156 minor and severe head injury patients were randomly allocated to follow-up treatment or to no follow-up. Benefit in the treated mild head injury patients was not found at 6 months, but fewer changes in everyday life were found in treated moderately severe patients.
