    • An earlier strategy involving phosphitylation with bis(cyanoethyloxy)-N,N-diisopropylaminophosphine/1H-tetrazole and oxidation as before followed by a one-step deprotection with aqueous ammonia was not satisfactory. It gave rise to slight but detectable migration of phosphate groups at the deprotection stage.
