    • An estimate for the diffusive Ir loss based on an Ir profile across the Österplana Ark 009 meteorite and the limestone surrounding Österplana Ark 001 (1) indicates that ∼50% of the Ir was lost from the meteorites by diffusion. However, ∼25% of this mobile Ir was redeposited within 10 cm of the meteorite.
