18. The MacSpartan software package, Wavefunction, Inc., Irvine, CA, was used. The geometries were first optimized by molecular mechanics using Sybyl, the structure thus obtained was optimized three more times, first using AMI semi-empirical, then 3-21G ab initio and finally 6-31G* ab initio calculations.
