Mice were inoculated intraperitoneally (i.p.) with P388 leukemia cells on day 0, and administered i.p. with 25 mg/kg of 1 on days 1 and 5. The median survival days of non-treated mice and 1-treated mice were 10.7 and 13.0, respectively, suggesting antitumour activity of this compound.
