Bozeman, B. and Associates (1992) R&D impacts at the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority: Final Report. Center for Technology and Information Policy, Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY. The cases presented in this study are drawn from the Project Impact Monitoring study performed for the Energy Authority. The PIM findings were developed though 31 intensive case studies similar to ones presented here, a history of the Authority's technology transfer procedures developed, and a survey potential technology adopters. Copies of the either the case studies or the summary reports are available from the authors.
