17. 9. Hydroxymethyl polystyrene resin (0,96 mmol/g) was purchased from Bachem Biochimie. An aliquot of the activated resin was washed three times with a solution of aqueous ammonia in DMF. UV titration of paranitrophenol in the filtrate afforded the approximate loading of the activated resin.
