(16) The laser system uses Lumonics EX-530 for excitation wavelengths of 248 and 308 nm and a Surelite laser for 266 nm. The signals from the system were captured by a Tektronix 2440 digitizer and transferred to a PowerMacintosh computer that controlled the experiment.
