20. 20 Third-strand ODN I (10 pmol) or third-strand ODN V (20 pmol) was added to the target duplex 1 (10 pmol). The mixture was heated at 50 °C for 10 min and then slowly cooled to 4 °C. Samples were then loaded in 15% Ficoll (Pharmacia type 400), and bromophenol blue dye was used as a maker.
