28. 19. Photolysis reactions were conducted at 4 °C in a UV Rayonet Mini-Reactor equiped with 8 RPR-3500° lamps. All reactions (750 μL) were performed in silinized quartz test tubes (10 × 45 mm) with PFTase (38 nM). Where appropriate, reactions contained inhibitor (1a, 450 nM; 1b, 490 nM) and FPP (100 μM).
